Mindfulness & Meditation Classes

It is the practice of being fully present and aware of your thoughts, feelings, body sensation and surroundings without judgment.

It helps you slow down, center your mind, and reconnect with the present moment. Through guidance, you learn how to manage stress, improve focus, and cultivate a sense of calm and clarity in everyday life.

Paying attention to the present moment on purpose. It means noticing what you’re doing, feeling or thinking right now instead of getting lost in the past or future.

What we do in Mindfulness and Meditation

  1.    Find a quite place – Find a place without distraction.
  2.    Focus on your breathing – Notice each breath in and out.
  3.     Be aware of your body –  Pay attention to the ground under you, your posture or any tension.
  4.     Notice your thoughts – Let thoughts come and go without judging them.
  5.     Return to the present – Gently bring your focus back your breathe or what you’re doing.
  6.     Use your senses – Notice what you see, hear, taste or touch in the moment.
  7.     Consistency – Find a few minutes each day to help build mindfulness.

Let's walk together

Together we’re stronger and better.

Helps you approach forgiveness with compassion and awareness. By staying present and observing your emotions without judgment, you begin to release resentment and pain. This practice creates space for understanding, healing, and letting go, allowing forgiveness to come naturally and peacefully over time.
